I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher working in the North East of England.
I've been teaching yoga for over 10 years and find it really helps to improve and maintain range of movement and manage the stresses of everyday life.
My classes are fun,friendly and welcoming and a great way to get out and meet new people in a supportive,non competitive environment.
