This yoga flow is for everyone who would like to explore the beauty of yoga and how it can support your body.
It's mainly based on Hatha yoga which is a slower-paced and gentle class, introducing you to the most basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). Some basic Vinyasa is also added for a bit of challenge and fun. Each week is different, some weeks we play with different yoga styles and flows.
It's suitable for anyone starting out with yoga, as many options are offered through the class or it's also for anyone who enjoys different types of yoga.
