Hatha and Yin yoga classes

Fully qualified and insured I have been practising the art of Hatha yoga for 30 years. I also teach Yin yoga which is a mainly floor based very gentle form of yoga. All yoga classes include physical asanas, guided breathwork and Yoga Nidra (conscious deep relaxation). I also practise Buddhist mindfulness meditation and bring elements of this to the yoga classes. I also hold Reiki qualifications along with Indian Head Massage
