As a teacher of Yoga and Meditation I help my clients to develop a relaxed mind and improved physical health by guiding individuals and groups through different sequences of Hath Yoga poses. I trained as a Yoga teacher at the Sivananda Vedanta Centre in Kerala, India in 2010. I am also a qualified Counsellor and Reiki Master.
