An exciting new class combining HIIT (High intensity interval training) with Yoga & relaxation! Giving you the ultimate overall body workout, increasing strength and flexibility then diving into full body relaxation at the end of class!
The class comprise of 4 parts:
10 mins Warm up/Stretching
20 mins HIIT
20 mins Flow Yoga
10 mins Relaxation
Please bring your own mat to the studio as I can no longer supply equipment.
