Power Flow is a slower flow class, focused on building and strengthening core and allowing the mind to rest and become happier. Releasing tension from the body, while building stamina, flexibility and body strength. We will hold the postures for a bit longer to create muscle memory. Prepare to sweat out any worries and body tension and have fun on the mat.
