This is a dynamic hot yoga class and delivered to you with the sports person in mind.Taught in a vinyasa (continuous) flow, this allows the participant to increase their body and breath awareness during movement of each exercise and to effectively increase heart rate.In this class, specially created sequences of yoga postures help the development of strength and flexibility to the areas most beneficial areas to the athlete like the shoulders, hips and core.These postural sequences are designed not only to challenge and enhance the physical attributes of both amateur to professional athletes alike, but to also develop mental endurance and focus.
