Many people, especially those who wish to advance their practice, prefer a one-to-one class with their teacher.
I also teach individual classes where you can develop at your own pace and have my full attention. Of course, this is a more expensive way of learning yoga than a group class, but the benefits in terms of developing a personal practice are huge.
Please contact me for details.
Individual classes can take place any morning on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. The day and time shown are placeholders only.

Yoga for Balance is taught by Ann-Marie Larkin, DipBWY, DipYTI
Says Ann-Marie: I have been practising yoga for 25 years and teaching for 12.
I hold two yoga teaching qualifications. At primary level, the Teaching Diploma awarded by Yoga Therapy Ireland and at advanced level The British Wheel of Yoga's Accredited Teaching Diploma.
I have studied with many experienced teachers including Philip Xerin (pranayama studies), Mukunda Tom Styles, and Hanne Gillespie.
In 2013 I completed the 500-hour Sadhana Mala teacher training course in this Viniyoga tradition, led by Hanne Gillespie, and which resulted in the award of my British Wheel of Yoga advanced qualification. In 2016, I graduated from the Sadhana Mala Yoga Therapist training programme, and opened a yoga therapy practice in Greystones. My YOGA THERAPIST qualification is recognised by the British Council for Yoga Therapy, the Yoga Alliance, and the Association for Yoga Studies.
I am inspired by the classical yoga text 'The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali'. I enjoy practising the work of Sri T Krishnamacharya, who is considered to be the father of yoga, and Srivatsa Ramaswami, his student of 30 years.
