Vinyasa yoga is a dynamical yoga practice called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together. It links movements to breath, flowing between poses, you’ll be moving almost continuously throughout the class.
It’s a great and intense workout that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and Power yoga.
Vinyasa flow uses varying sequences chosen by the instructor.
These type of classes are ideal if you already practice yoga or fitness. Beginners are also always welcome, as there are multiple modifications available for each posture.
