I have been teaching yoga for 15 years in Hong Kong and England. I am a Yoga for Health qualified teacher and a full member of the Association of Independent Yoga Practioners. I believe that Yoga helps develop a positive, relaxed approach to everyday life & an overall sense of well being. It can increase your fitness, reduce stress, tone your body and optimise your health. Yoga can be practised at any time of life by men and women.
