Sarra started teaching yoga in 2001 and loves seeing people of all ages and abilities transform.
She has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. Her teaching style is positive with a dynamic and fluid approach. She nurtures each individual to practice intelligently at their own pace.
Sarras teaching is safe and progressive. It uses precise alignment of the body, skilful sequencing, observation and instruction. She integrates all 8 aspects of Yoga in the practice of yoga postures. These aspects are moral and personal principles, yoga postures, breath work, and drawing our attention inwards to develop concentration and meditation.
Sarra is a certified Iyengar ®Yoga Teacher qualified to teach at Junior Intermediate Level 3. This represents an internationally recognised 5 year Teacher Training Program. She continues to train to further levels of certification.
