I have been practising yoga since my early teens and have been teaching for 15 years. I am registered as a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, which represents over 3000 hours of teaching experience. I teach alignment-based yoga for all levels, from gentle to Intermediate. My classes are well-sequenced and emphasize mindful movement of body and breath. I want every student to have a positive and joyful experience of yoga. To feel lighter and happier when they leave class, and to shine that out into the world.
