A mix of flowing asana work, pranayama and relaxation this class is designed for students with some experience of yoga. Variations are offered where necessary to make the class accessible for all levels of fitness and flexibility.

Tina has been practising yoga for around 10 years and has been teaching since 2007. Qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga, Tina continues her professional development by regularly attending workshops with a number of leading UK and international teachers. Her classes begin with a breathing practice, move through a flowing series of vinyasas (series of postures), before ending with a period of meditative relaxation. Tina offers open public classes and in-company classes.
