This class is starting on Monday 4th September and it is a class for experienced Iyengar Yoga students who can maintain a stable shoulder balance for 5 minutes. The class is not suitable for students who are new to yoga or new to Iyengar Yoga. We will be working on more advanced poses that we do on a Tuesday night. Please remember that if you are having a meal it needs to be 4 hours before class, or a light snack can be taken 3 hours before class.

I am an Iyengar Yoga Intermediate teacher of 7 years. I trained with Advanced Teacher Jayne Orton at The Iyengar Yoga Institute of Birmingham (IYIOB) and following over 20 years of study.
I continue to study every week with Jayne as well as practicing every day and in December 2015 I travelled to India to attend an intensive with Geeta Iyengar.
I teach 2 beginners classes and 1 mixed abilities class and 1 Beginners Level 2/ Intermediate class every week.
I teach because Yoga has changed my life, body and mind and I want to share those benefits with others.
