Janet Wilson has taught yoga and meditation classes for about 16 years. She trained as a yoga and meditation teacher through the international Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres. She is also a graduate of the Yoga of the Heart® Cardiac and Cancer certification programme - Adapting Yoga for Heart Disease, Cancer and Other Life Threatening Diseases.
