this is a class ideal for those who have some yoga - , but also caters for beginners , please bring mat etc , if you have 1 , although i do have some spare .
Runs Mondays school term time , but please contact me for any details.-
Church opposite Rosedene pub , near to St Aidans school, there's a small car park to rear and lots of street parking , entrance is by the car park , and also by main church entrance.
