I am an intermediate Level 3 Iyengar Teacher and regularly attend classes with Senior Teachers. I teach Iyengar Yoga classes at the Moothall Hexham in a lovely room overlooking the Abbey. The poses I teach are broken down into stages making the classes suitable for all abilities including complete beginners and more advanced students. I supply equipment or if you prefer to use your own then feel free!

I am a fully insured Intermediate Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher. I teach classes in Hexham which are suitable for begineers and more advanced students. I am careful to break the yoga poses down into stages making them suitable for beginners but challenging enough for more advanced students.

I also teach one to one classes in the studio and privately in student's homes.
