I started practising yoga to help with a back problem, and found that whilst yoga could help me to resolve this issue, it also had an impact on other areas of my life. The power of yoga impressed me so much that I decided to train as a teacher. I studied at the Mandala Yoga Ashram in South Wales under the guidance of Swami Nischalananda Saraswati. The Ashram has strong connections with the Bihar school of yoga, and so this has a strong influence on my teaching. The practices focus on working on an individual level, and doing what is best for you.
