Join me, Jo, an experienced and Friends of Yoga qualified teacher to explore the many benefits of yoga in a friendly non competitive environment.
Each class includes: Warm up, Posture work, Breathing control, Meditation and Relaxation.
This Yoga class offers the chance to reconnect and balance your body and mind.
Using the ancient practices of yoga enables you to enhance your experience of the modern world. Starting from where you are, expand your range of movements with stretching and strengthening postures. Learn how to reduce stress in your mind and improve your physical wellness
Do inform me before the start of the practice of any health matters you might have, such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, recent surgery, joint restrictions etc.

I qualified to teach yoga in 2013, after studying for 2 years for my diploma with Friends of Yoga International (FRYOG)
