I am a fully qualified Dru yoga and meditation teacher and completed the Dru teacher training course in Manchester. I am registered with the Dru Professional network.
I teach classes in Cardigan, Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire , Newport and Brynberian Pembrokeshire. I also run workshops.
