I teach online and face to face mixed ability, friendly & non competitive group classes. I also provide personally tailored one-to-one yoga programmes ideal for yoga progression and for individuals with specific health needs.

Julie Alexander-Cooper is a long established and experienced yoga teacher offering online group classes and one to one yoga to clients throughout the local area. The business, which is based in Kenilworth, was set-up in 1999. Julie also provides individual, personally tailored yoga programmes for health and wellbeing. Specialist areas include total health and well being, back care, breathing and relaxation, and stress management. Julie also provides programmes in life coaching, weight management and has recently qualified in Sleep Therapy.
Julie's qualifications include PhD, MSc (Oxon), MSc, HND, Fryog, MBBO.
Julie has an expanding network of clients, located throughout the UK, including many private clients and several large organisations.
