Term time weekly Yoga lessons for children aged 6-8
Maximum of 6 children per class
In warm carpeted room with mats provided
(Your child will be moved up to the next available age appropriate group
class when they reach age 8 if they wish to continue )
Postures breathing and mindfullness / relaxation and some fun !

I often hear people say Yoga is not for me, when they have never actually experienced it
