A dynamic technique which helps the child learn to move the body in a most beautiful way. Most exercises are derived from animal postures which stimulates the child's imagination, encouraging them to imitate and have fun while keeping fit.

All classes are based around both the physical and mental well being of the individual and cater for all levels of skill.
