Yoga with Trish

Yoga with Trish offers classes suited to all ages and abilities. With each class our aim is to soothe the mind, nourish the soul and strengthen the body.
Patricia completed her 200 hour training at Pure Health under the tutelage of Sarah Woolridge. She completed Yoga For Kids training with Go Go Yoga For Kids. She will always be a student of the practice.
