A well-rounded class for beginning & intermediate students who want an in-depth yoga practice, with a healthy dash of yoga philosophy. This class will draw heavily from Glenn's Kripalu yoga background and will blend in a variety of elements including plenty of asanas (postures), pranayam (breathing techniques), mudras (hand positions), mantras (toning/chanting) and occasional readings from the primary yoga scriptures and poets.
