Kripalu Yoga with Gloria Owens

A well-rounded class for beginning & intermediate students that helps release chronic tension, activate energy, develop strength in the body, and cultivate inner focus and clear awareness. Classes include asanas (postures), pranayam (breathing techniques) as well as brief periods of meditation and/or relaxation. Compassionate self-acceptance is taught as an essential element of the practice, helping student let go of their judgemental mind as well as their stress.
