Kundalini yoga is known as the “Yoga of Awareness”. This very ancient and traditional form of Yoga is beneficial to students of all levels and abilities.
Working with Kriyas (sets of postures), Pranayama (breath control) Meditation (Mindfulness) Mantra (healing sound vibrations), the classes will allow you to learn to relax and de-stress, and build strength and stamina. You will learn empowerment techniques to release fears and build confidence. You will have the opportunity to deepen your spiritual growth and connect to your higher self.

I am a Kundalini Yoga Instructor and teach classes in Hampshire and Dorset.
Kundalini Yoga has been totally transformational for me and my life has changed considerably since I began practicing. I was so encouraged by this amazing technology I decided I would like to teach others about Kundalini and its amazing health benefits.
I completed a four week (220 hours) intensive teacher training course in Rishikesh Northern India run by Golden Bridge Yoga and was privileged to be instructed by some of the top Kundalini Yoga teachers from around the world.
I also have specialist training for teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes for people suffering from addictions/compulsive behaviours, depression and anxiety. I commenced my Level 2 training in India in February 2015.
I am honoured to have been given the spiritual name “Anand Dev Kaur”.
Anand means bliss. Dev signifies divine. Kaur is a name that all women receive.
Spiritual names are given by Nirinjan Kaur, who was personally trained by Yogi Bhajanin his method of determining them, which includes numerology related to your date of birth and a personal history.
I am fully insured and a member of the professional body Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association KYTA www.kundaliniyoga.org.uk
