I discovered Kundalini Yoga in year 2012 after a decade of battling depressions, anxiety, social phobia and alcohol addiction. I experienced the healing power of this yoga and meditation immediately, which changed my life dramatically. Since then I started studying and practicing Kundalini Yoga.I couldn't believe how great it made me feel during and after. I was going through a difficult and stressful time in my life and Kundalini allowed me to come to a place of peace and really helped me through that time. I continued with my regular practice and started attending teachers trainings ,but right at the end I realized, that I wanted to share this life changing yoga with others and help them on their journey.
Kundalini Yoga is one of the most powerful and effective forms of yoga today. It it specially suited to the needs of busy people who want to relieve stress, remain young and be full of energy.
