Trying to explain kundalini yoga, I started with the idea of explaining breath, postures, mantra, meditation and the science behind it all, which is very interesting. But I think it will be more helpful to explain how deeply restorative it is, how it helps you to face the stresses and strains of life from a less reactive place, it helps you to keep calm and centred when you feel anxious and tense, it builds mental and physical strength. In 2012 I had a shift in my life and I was guided to Kundalini Yoga and meditation.
After several years teaching from Saibhung Kaur, I went on to train for KRI level 1 with Karam Kriya in London and Portugal. My teachers are Angad Kaur and Shiv Charan Singh.
