Kundalini yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is known as the yoga of "awareness", it is transformational on many levels (mind, body & spirit). A typical class includes a yoga kriya (sequence of postures) with a specific theme, meditation, pranayama (breath work) and mantra (healing sound vibration). The purpose of each kriya is to encourage the rising of the kundalini energy that lays dormant (until awakened) in the base chakra.

My name is Katia Kaur and I am a Karam Kriya qualified kundalini yoga instructor.
I am also a Lush Tums accredited pregnancy yoga teacher.

(spiritually, physically and emotionally).
