Starting with some warm up stretching and breathing, we'll then move into light stretching and asanas. Having a theme that we're working to for the evening, we'll then prepare for a kriya. A kriya is a set of exercises designed to build energy towards a goal. After the kriya, we'll have some more asana. We'll then do some breathing exercises a meditation and then a nice wind down to help our body and mind absorb the practice.
All the exercises will be taught with different levels, so the class is suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis.
