We provide Hatha yoga and mindfulness classes for teens in schools and yoga studios in Bucks, Berks and Herts.
WE ALSO RUN CLASSES FOR ADULTS :) in our own small, clean, peaceful shala overlooking fields - very close to central Gerrards Cross.
