Louise is an experienced Yoga Teacher,& has been teaching since 2004 she trained under the guidance of Ruth White & completed a 500hrs diploma in Karuna Yoga. Louise has a big personality & always brings warmth & fun to her teaching, together with a great awareness & understanding of the postures. she runs various classes, workshops & residential weekend for all abilities from complete beginner to advanced Yogi. their are classes to suit your needs, a Ladies over 60s afternoon class (who laugh alot), mixed seniors, evening classes for beginners, mixed ability & advanced. Louise is also the creator/owner of "Wearing nothing but a pretty skirt" a Yoga inspired Greeting cards Business. They are cards that are sure to lift your spirits.
