Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing which boosts oxygen and makes a person feel more energetic and healthy.
The body can’t tell the difference between fake and real laughter and the benefits are the same – reduced physical, mental and emotional stress, lowered blood pressure and it’s a powerful antidote against depression.
Go on, try it - you'll love it!

The Studio offers a variety of Yoga classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa and pregnancy, taught by well qualified teachers in a newly-converted studio on Epping's busy High Street.
The Studio perfectly complements the Underwood Chiropractic Clinic which shares the facility as Yoga and Chiropractic both strive to improve core strength, body balance and posture.
