I have been practicing yoga for 25 years, 16 as a DRU Yoga Teacher.
In 2003 I broke my back in a horse riding accident and due to the power of Yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique and positive thinking I recovered defying the hospital consultants prognosis, 4 yrs later after my accident I started training as a DRU Yoga teacher providing hope and inspiration for all.
I look forward to sharing with you my enthusiasm and joy for DRU Yoga.
I am fascinated by the Energy Body and also offer Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Colour Therapy and use a combination of these as a Life Coach. I am also an nationally accredited trainer via EFTi of Emotional Freedom Technique.
