From 7th September, join me at my new class at St. Bot's in Liverpool Street. Classes are 12pm-12.50pm. It will be fun, dynamic and just enough time to get your sweat on then chill down, change and back to work you go with a spring in your step! Boom!
It's a beautiful space! Lot's of room and full of natural light. Mats provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Prices : 6 class pass for £60 (£10 per class) or if you can't practice with me regularly, I offer a drop in price of £12 per class. More details on my website.

Hey, I am Rosemarie, of Lemonade Yoga Life. I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for around 17.
Teaching from an Eastern/spiritual tradition, but with a contemporary twist. Different styles to suit different bodies. Yoga for everybody and keeping it real.
I am fully qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga (500 hrs); as well as Sivananda Hatha (200 hrs). I am also qualified to to teach pregnancy, yin and rocket yoga.
I have, over the years, had strong practices with Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Hatha, and Kundallini yoga and I draw from all of these to bring YOU the best experience possible.
