Hi, I'm Steph a yoga teacher. I bring to you down to earth yoga, that incorporates hatha style asana, flow elements and breath work. You will leave feeling accomplished and relaxed from the stresses of life. We focus on how we feel in our bodies, bringing us into the present moment. Moving and feeling from our heart centre, and creating the space to connect with yourself.
Yoga brought me connection to myself, others and back to my life bringing with it the feeling that every moment is precious. I want to share that with you.
