Every 1st Thursday of the month.
Working with meditation through, sound, breathing, movement and focus.
We practice a 31 minute meditation, followed by a gong bath.
If you need to de stress, find peace of mind, and enjoy complete relaxation this is a wonderful class that must be tried.
