Classes include Sun Salutations, repeated sequences focusing the mind, with balancing postures and floor stretches developing inner strength, closing with mindfulness relaxation.

Having spent several years working in a very busy and demanding international job, I decided it was time to change my priorities by putting my health and my family first. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in early 2017, then set about trying to combine my passion for fitness with my love of yoga. Fortunately I found Freestyle Fitness Yoga, which approaches Yoga from a Personal Trainer perspective.
