In this yoga class we attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. Ancient eastern medicine theory is also applied in the session to help participants gain a fundamental understanding to wellbeing.

Specialised in Ashtanga techniques with 8 years teaching experience. My own yoga practice was closely guided by several international yoga teachers in multiple countries including Taiwan, Shanghai and Thailand. I have been learning concepts of yogic philosophy as well as Asana practice since 2012. My teaching engages the integral aspects of yoga in both a physical and spiritual aspect. From the roots of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, my teachings spread through different styles including Vinyasa flow, gentle flow and yoga basic. My focus and drive for teaching lies in helping individuals to find their own sustainable practice, which can both support and develop their life and relationships with the world.
Yoga has helped me to be mindful, and it teaches me to stay calm and positive about my life. Because of how yoga benefits my life, I am passionate about sharing what I have experienced through yoga with you. I believe that my Dharma (mission in life) is to help others improve their well‐being through
mind/body awareness practices. It is this deeper journey that I would like to share with you all. Known for my soothing, nurturing style of teaching, I strive to be a supportive presence; a compassionate guardian of my student’s well‐being, and an enabling guide who helps students find their individual path towards a life of awareness and spirituality.
