This is a 30 minute mindful meditation class. The first part of the class we explore theme related to mindfulness and then you are guided through a beautiful seated meditation. Beginners very welcome. Everything you need we be provided.

Me Love Yoga is a warm, friendly, welcoming yoga and meditation studio, where my intention is for you to feel comfortable to practice yoga in the best way for your unique body. You are welcome just as you are. I invite you to move in ways that feel best for your individual needs without judgment. In each class I offer you the opportunity to explore the poses in the most comfortable way for you. Beginners are very welcome.

Me Love Yoga offers five weekly group yoga classes and two weekly group meditation classes as well as specialising in one-to-one yoga and meditation sessions.

I have been practising yoga and meditation for over 20 years, it has had a profound effect on my life and I am passionate about sharing it.
