Drop in to relax and unwind in a friendly setting. You can expect to combine gentle flowing movements with static postures. Classes are practised mindfully and connecting with the breath is a central focus. We finish with a calming guided relaxation.
People with pre-existing health conditions should contact their doctor prior to joining a class. If you are pregnant or have any queries about whether the classes are suitable for you, please contact me prior to attending a class. Post-natal mums welcome after your 6 week check.
