Hello I’m Jane, I’ve been doing yoga since I was a teen myself and I love it!
I’ve tried many styles and practices throughout my journey and have since gone on to teach. I trained with YogaBeez as a children’s yoga teacher some years ago, and did my adult 200hr Yoga Alliance approved teacher training last Summer. I also teach mindfulness, am a qualified nurse and hypnotherapist and so offer information on wellbeing and relaxation as part of my classes. I’m currently doing extra training in Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing and restorative practice. I’m very interested in yoga as part of a healthy lifestyle and love to make it accessible to all.
I have recently moved to Barcombe near Lewes and am looking forward to setting up more classes around here. My style of teaching is light hearted and open
I offer children and young people’s classes too, and have been delighted that some of my attendees have been with me for years. It’s so lovely to be able to sow seeds of calm and flexibility in our future generation.
