New class starts January 6th. Exploring a gentle way of Yoga based on the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli (author of 'Awakening the Spine'). Students are encouraged to practice with mindfulness, discovering their strengths and weaknesses. Working with the breath and without tension to bring about a flexible body and a calm mind. Classes are mixed ability and are quite suitable for beginners.
