Hi, I'm Amy.

I'm a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, with over 10 years' experience teaching yoga. I teach a joyful style of yoga, with a focus on cultivating a mindful, compassionate awareness of the body. My classes are suitable for mixed levels of experience and ability including beginners. I adapt classes according to the needs of my students. I also specialise in teaching chair yoga to private groups and individuals, both in person and online via Zoom.

Weekly classes, regular retreat days and private sessions:

– Weekly Mindful Yoga at King's Stanley Village Hall - Mondays 5.30-6.30pm (contact me to book).

– Regular outdoor yoga and art nature retreat days near Berkeley (contact me for details).

– Private and one-to-one yoga, mindfulness and chair yoga sessions (contact me for details).
