Evolve Yoga

My yoga journey has started in 2008. I have finished my first teacher training in 2011 and I started teaching in 2014. After all, I have more than 500 training hours and teaching experiences. I am also a trauma-informed yoga teacher and continuing Organic Intelligent HEARTraining. ( Human Empowerment and Resiliency Training )

My aim is to amplify body awareness through movement, calmer the mind through meditation and mindfulness practices. I believe with practicing we can be happier, healthier and most of all we can enjoy more in our daily life. Like my teacher says: Fell good is good, feel better is better.
