Gentle yoga is a flow style, working with mindfulness and awareness throughout. It encourages you to explore the possibilities through gentle stretching and breathing techniques. Suitable for those who are returning to yoga after a break or who are looking for a less demanding class. The class concluded with relaxation.

I have been practising yoga for approximately 30 years and have been teaching for 3 years. I love to empower people to explore the possibilities in their practice, not forcing and pushing but to soften and loosen and use mindfulness and awareness to support this.
