A flow style of yoga bringing mindfulness and awareness into your practice encouraging you to explore the possibilities. This session also includes a wonderful yoga nidra to bring practice to a close. Everyone welcome.

Wednesday: 7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

I have been practising yoga for approximately 30 years and have been teaching for 3 years. I love to empower people to explore the possibilities in their practice, not forcing and pushing but to soften and loosen and use mindfulness and awareness to support this.
