This is an online class only, suitable for students who have attended Iyengar Yoga classes regularly and consistently in person previously, but who may now have some difficulty in accessing Iyengar Yoga classes in person. Charlotte Rosser (Derby IYENGAR Yoga)

I have practised Iyengar Yoga for since 2004 and I trained as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with Advanced Level Teacher, Jayne Orton at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Birmingham. I qualified as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2014 and in 2017 I passed further assessments to become an Intermediate Level Teacher.
