I am a yoga teacher based in Harpenden.
I first became interested in yoga in 1996. My instruction had been in Hatha Yoga under the guidance of BWY teachers. After many years of attending regular practice it was a natural progression to embark on a teacher training programme.
I felt I wanted to share my enthusiasm and knowledge to give students a safe, supportive and enjoyable foundation for their future interest on their own individual yoga path.
